Andrea Mannino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, research, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse since March 2022, Andrea focuses on solving complex problems to empower clients and foster societal trust. As a Board Member for Women In Transition, Andrea advocates for safety, equality, and justice for women, while previously holding the role of Associate Director of Research and Evaluation at the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania, where efforts centered on affordable housing access. Leadership roles include Board President at Gearing Up, which assists women in overcoming addiction and abuse through cycling, and various board positions with organizations such as Plays and Players Theatre and the Philadelphia Committee on City Policy. Andrea's academic background includes an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Women In Transition
Women In Transition (WIT) empowers women to move forward in their lives, free from domestic violence and substance abuse. WIT provides free and confidential services through telephone counseling, peer support groups, individual empowerment counseling, client advocacy, referrals, community education trainings and WAVE empowerment self-defense classes. In the last year we served over 2,500 women with telephone counseling, individual empowerment counseling, and LifeLine peer support groups.
