Alicia Z.

Alicia Z. has extensive experience in investment and research, currently serving as a member of Global Women in VC and 100 Women In Finance since January 2022. Alicia is an investor at Plum Alley, focusing on Series A B2B companies in frontier technology and healthcare with gender-diverse founding teams. Previously, Alicia worked with All Raise as an Associate Cohort, fostering the success of female founders and funders. In earlier roles at NYU Langone Health, Alicia was the first team member in a new pancreatic cancer research laboratory, leading lab planning and managing a significant team growth. Additionally, Alicia has experience as a Research Associate at the Skirball Institute of Biomolecular Medicine. Alicia holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and an MS in Biology from New York University.
