Dani Tanaka

Dani Tanaka, CPA, MBA, currently serves as a Member of Global Women in VC and has been an Investment Manager at 3M Ventures since January 2021, focusing on impactful investments in climate tech and sustainable materials. Prior experience includes strategic roles at 3M and Upscribbr, as well as finance management at Xcel Energy, where responsibilities encompassed budget tracking and financial analysis. With a solid foundation in tax compliance and financial consulting from RSM US LLP and early experience as a staff accountant, Dani holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Augsburg University.
