Elsha E. Kwee

Elsha E. Kwee is an experienced investment manager currently with Genesia Ventures since September 2019, focusing on early-stage tech investments in Japan, Southeast Asia, and India. Elsha is also a member of Global Women in VC since 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a product manager at Xfers, an online payment solution, from December 2017 to August 2019, and as an investment associate at CyberAgent, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included sourcing and conducting due diligence on Southeast Asian startups. Elsha E. Kwee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Shoreline Community College.
