As the CEO and Co-founder of Ready Platform and Founder and CEO of Mandala Ventures, Ruchika has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and leadership in various business ventures. Ruchika also serves as a General Partner at Wisdom Ventures and is a member of Global Women in VC, contributing to advancing women's representation in the venture capital industry.
