Kelsey Calabro is an accomplished professional, currently serving as the founder, (ghost)writer, and editor at Heretic: The Agency since December 2020, where expertise lies in audience engagement and lead generation. Kelsey also leads the Austin chapter of Women of Customer Success and owns CURATORiiiUM, a community focused on art curation and consultation. Previously, Kelsey held significant positions including founding head of customer experience at Hyperbound and head of client success at DemandOS, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing revenue cycles and enhancing client relations. Other roles include cofounder of Hiatus, community and customer success manager at Dooly, and relationship development representative at Gravy, among others. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Communications from Arizona State University and has a proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer engagement across various businesses.
