Sangeeta Dworkin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and care across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of Women of Customer Success since June 2024 and as a board member at the Literacy Council of Montgomery County, Sangeeta has held prominent roles including Head of Customer Care at BookNook and Learning Without Tears, Vice President of Customer Success at CallRevu and Unanet, and Interim Chief Commercial Officer at Crowdkeep. With a strong background in account management and customer success from tenures at Kit Check and Deltek, Sangeeta has consistently driven customer growth and satisfaction. An adjunct professor at Kaplan University, Sangeeta holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Georgia.
