Sarah Beecham currently serves as a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Harness since July 2024 and is a member of Women of Customer Success since May 2023. Previously, Sarah was the Director of Customer Success + Services at Hook Security Co., where strategies were implemented that significantly improved customer retention metrics and overall satisfaction. Prior experience includes operating a successful business with notable customer satisfaction, tutoring students with unique learning needs, managing front office operations at Georgia Pain Associates, supervising shifts at Starbucks, and working in community outreach with Youth for Christ International. Sarah holds a degree from Liberty University, completed in 2015.
