Angela Henderson

Angela Henderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and risk management, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at WELLS FARGO SECURITIES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, POLAR CAPITAL GLOBAL FINANCIALS TRUST PLC, and MACQUARIE CAPITAL (EUROPE) LIMITED, where also holds the position of Chair of the Risk Committee. In addition to these roles, Angela serves as a Trustee at CW+ and is a Non Executive Director at Hargreave Hale AIM VCT PLC. Since October 2018, Angela has also been an Ambassador for Women on Boards, advocating for increased female representation in leadership roles. Previous positions include serving as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at Credit Suisse Asset Management Limited, and public and patient governance roles at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
