Heidi Rossi

Heidi Rossi is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Ansarada since September 2018 and participating in the WOBSX Program with Women on Boards since October 2023. With a strong background in people, performance, and culture, Heidi has held key positions including Director of People, Performance and Culture at Soprano Design and General Manager of Human Resources at IR, where responsibilities included delivering global HR strategies and overseeing training initiatives.
