Jacqui Ferguson

Jacqui Ferguson currently serves as a Non Executive Director at National Grid and a Senior Independent Director at Softcat plc, both since January 2024. In addition, Jacqui is a Senior Independent Director at Croda, where responsibilities include Chairing the Remuneration Committee. Jacqui also contributes as Deputy Chair, Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Trustee at EngineeringUK, promoting engineering careers for young people. As Chair of Tesco Bank, roles include serving on the remuneration and risk committee and chairing the nomination committee.
