Larry Stubblefield

Larry Stubblefield is an experienced professional in government contracting and business development, currently serving as Deputy Associate Administrator in the Office of Government Contracting and Business Development at the U.S. Small Business Administration since February 2016. Stubblefield has also held positions as Associate Administrator for the Office of Veterans Business Development and Assistant Administrator for the Office of Diversity Inclusion & Civil Rights within the same organization. Prior to this, Stubblefield spent over a decade in various roles at the US Army, including Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for the Office of Diversity & Leadership and Deputy Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
