Elaine Suess

Elaine Suess, CLTMC, is the president of Beyondbeing Executive & Leadership Coaching, an organization founded in 2006 that focuses on activating positive change in leaders and organizations. In addition to their role at Beyondbeing, Elaine serves as Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization and has held various leadership positions within organizations such as Women Helping Women and Impact 100. With extensive experience in strategic marketing and project management from their time at Hill Rom and General Motors, Elaine holds multiple certifications and degrees, including Appreciative Inquiry Certification and CLTMLC from the Workplace Coach Institute, along with a BA in English and Business from Saint Mary's College and an MBA from Lake Superior State University.
