Lindsay Recknell is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in workplace mental health and corporate wellness. As President & CEO of Paradigm Corporate Wellness Inc. since September 2020, Lindsay has been instrumental in addressing mental health challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic through training programs and consulting. In addition to leading Paradigm, Lindsay serves as a Corporate Wellness Facilitator at Virtuous Circle Counselling, Calgary Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents Organization, and Productivity Ninja at Think Productive North America. With a strong background in speaking engagement and podcasting as a mental health advocate, Lindsay also holds roles as an Emergenetics Associate, speaker for TEC Canada, and various project management and consulting positions at Nutrien and Beniva Consulting Group. Lindsay's educational background includes a Business Administration degree from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and studies in accounting and financial management.
