Luisa Guzman

Luisa Guzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. As the Managing Director of CONSULTREE since April 1998, Luisa has utilized the proprietary APTMETHOD(tm) to help clients attract, develop, and retain talent in the Digital Transformation-AI Era. Concurrently, Luisa serves as a Certified Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach at Hogan Assessment Systems, focusing on talent management and high-performance development. Prior to these roles, Luisa founded and served as CEO of PROACTEL, Inc., a talent solutions firm specializing in executive recruitment across the Americas. Early career experience includes significant contributions at Americatel as Human Resources Manager, Country Manager, and VP of Sales. Luisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and is currently pursuing ICF accreditation as an Executive Coach from Erickson Coaching International.
