Teresa Hargrave

Teresa Hargrave is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in facilitating peer advisory sessions and coaching within various organizations. Currently serving as the Platinum Chapter Chair at the Women Presidents' Organization, Teresa has a strong focus on supporting women entrepreneurs with significant business revenues. As the Founder of Women Well Beyond, Teresa dedicates efforts to transforming the lives of women recovering from emotional trauma. Additionally, Teresa has held various roles, including Leadership Advisor and Virtual Engagement Coach at Charter Oak Consulting Group, where the emphasis is on developing leaders and enhancing organizational performance. Previous experience includes founding Women Upfront, where Teresa supported emerging women entrepreneurs, and serving as a Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey, facilitating leadership workshops globally. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the University of Connecticut.
