Women Who Create is a community of talented multicultural women with the goal of increasing retention, gender/ethnic diversity, and number of women in leadership positions in creative industries.

Belief System
- Awareness - We want to raise the consciousness of our culture by highlighting the inequalities present for women of of color in creative industries.

- Mentorship - Our mentorship program fosters relationships between multicultural women in college and multicultural women in creative industries.

- Development - We provide access to tools for women who are looking to grow and strengthen their career to take it to the next level.

- Community - We create spaces where we can see ourselves in people who look like us, as friends, mentors, CEOs, and beyond.
