Cindy Milgram is an accomplished leader and advocate with a diverse background in community engagement and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Community Volunteer Lead at the American Red Cross, Cindy builds local capacity to deliver the organization’s mission and coordinates volunteer support for events. Cindy also holds positions as a Division Board Member and Advocacy Committee Member for the American Heart Association, focusing on public policy advocacy for cardiovascular health. As a WomenHeart Champion and Patient Advocate for the Global Heart Hub, Cindy educates and supports individuals affected by heart disease. Formerly, Cindy served as President of the Board of Education for the Richmond School District and coordinated special projects for Gold In September, enhancing awareness and fundraising for childhood cancer. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Marketing from Waukesha County Technical College.
