Elsa Steo

Elsa Steo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a WomenHeart Champion at WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease since October 2020, Elsa also has a long-standing tenure at Northern States Aviation, where involvement began in May 2003, transitioning from CEO to happily retired. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at POMCO Group, Executive Vice President at HR Works, Inc., Vice President at BeneStats, Manager of Contracts & Administration at Dartnell Enterprises, and Manager of Contract Pricing & Analysis at Harris Corporation. Elsa holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Administration/Personnel Administration from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
