Emily Rayment

Emily Rayment currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Women's Care, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes founding and acting as Chief Executive Officer of EZ Medical Consulting Group, where Emily supported medical practices with OTC licensing and led accreditations for hospitals. As President of the Adobe Provider Group at Adobe Care and Wellness, strategic growth initiatives were implemented, including the establishment of a Primary Care Program. Additionally, Emily held the CEO position at Scottsdale Liberty Hospital, focusing on operational stabilization and improvement, and served as Regional Director of Operations for Adeptus Health, overseeing multiple emergency room facilities. Prior roles also include Primary Care Director at Integrated Medical Services and Manager of Business Operations at Scottsdale Healthcare. Emily earned a Master's in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's in Global Management & Leadership from Arizona State University.
