Verlinda Henshaw

Verlinda Henshaw is a seasoned professional in the field of occupational therapy and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at ADVENT since June 2023. Prior to this role, Verlinda held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Women's Care from July 2022 to June 2023. Verlinda has extensive experience in leadership positions, including Executive Director at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and Southern Illinois Healthcare, focusing on rehabilitation and occupational medicine services. Additionally, Verlinda was the owner of Occupational Performance & Rehab, specializing in outpatient therapy with an emphasis on industrial rehab and ergonomics.
