Jim Hawkins is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the lending industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Encompass Lending Group since April 2022, Jim also holds positions as a Sponsor-Strategic Partner with the Women's Council of REALTORS® and Honorary Commander with the United States Space Force. Previously, Jim was a Regional Sales Manager at Carrington Mortgage Services and Greater Nevada Mortgage, and a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and other lending institutions. Jim's notable career includes a significant tenure as Director of Real Estate Lending at USAA. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
