Marilyn 'Lyn' Perkins is a seasoned Realtor with over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at HomeBased Realty since 2014, focusing on the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Ventura County, and the Antelope Valley. At HomeBased Realty, Marilyn specializes in strategic consulting and marketing of listings, providing comprehensive contract explanations to both sellers and buyers. In addition to real estate, Marilyn holds the position of President at the Women's Council of REALTORS® since January 2018, where efforts are concentrated on networking, community volunteer programs, and leadership development for women in real estate.
