Ian Swinson

Ian Swinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of Product, Design & Success and co-founder at Connect The Dots, a company focused on enhancing referral networks. Ian has also worked as a startup advisor, providing expertise in user experience design, content strategy, and brand development. Ian is a member of the Board of Directors at the Women's Daytime Drop-In Center, supporting homeless women and children. Previous roles include Design Manager at Facebook, Global Head of UX at Anaplan, VP of Design at Speakeasy Tech, and Senior Director of User Experience at Salesforce.com. Ian's career began in user interface design roles at PeopleSoft and Inktomi, following a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Communications from McGill University and further education at Ryerson University.
