Sarah Ross is an accomplished CEO and global business strategist with extensive experience in Compliance, Ethics, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence spanning over 14 years and more than 75 countries. Currently serving as CEO of Your Reason to Breathe since August 2018 and as CEO and founder of Ross Global Consulting, Sarah specializes in aiding companies in their growth efforts in emerging markets. Additionally, as an International Speaker for the Women Economic Forum, Sarah shares insights on business strategy and development. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Novartis, where work encompassed a fully integrated model across 50 emerging markets, and various positions at Asda, Walmart.com, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sarah holds a law degree from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Accountant.
