Zhou Fang is the Founder and Principal Practitioner of Intersectional Group LLC, established in February 2022, focusing on intersectionality, leadership, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) consulting. In addition to hosting the podcast "The Intersection," which delves into themes of identity and personal journeys, Zhou serves as the Chair of the Policy Committee for the Women's Foundation of Oregon and a Board-Facing EDI Director for the Portland HR Management Association. With extensive experience in communications, project management, and marketing, Zhou has held key roles at Bamboo Technologies, Inc., and served in various capacities at organizations such as Sumerra and C3Events. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Kansas State University and a Project Management Certificate from Portland State University, complemented by a BA in Mass Communication from South China University of Technology.
