Kim Parker Russell has a diverse work experience ranging from graphic design and screenprinting to advocacy and campaign management. Kim Parker started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Owner of Sidepony, where they worked on various design projects and operated a greeting card business. Kim Parker then worked as a Graphic Designer for the NYC Department of Education before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Kim joined Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America as the National Director of Outreach and Founding Member, where they established state chapters, conducted outreach with survivors and politicians, and drove media attention through press releases and interviews. After that, they became the Regional Organizing Manager at the Brady Campaign & Center to Prevent Gun Violence, where they focused on grassroots organizing. Currently, Kim is working at the Women's March, where they hold multiple roles including Creative Director, Director of Campaigns, and Executive Advisor.
