Lisa Debiasi

Lisa DeBiasi has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles in different companies. Lisa'smost recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Women's Prison Association, where they developed and executed people strategies and programs. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Town Sports International, where they led all people functions and strategies for the organization. Lisa also served as the Senior Regional Director of Human Resources and the Director of Human Resources at Town Sports International. Before joining Town Sports International, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites.

Lisa DeBiasi has a Master of Science degree in Psychology- Counseling Services from Salem State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Business from Plymouth State University.
