Maithili Pradhan

Maithili Pradhan is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Pradhan serves as the Community Lead for Global Inclusion Programs and Employee Resource Groups at Google and holds a position as a Board Member for WOMEN'S WAY. Previously, Pradhan was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Ballard Spahr LLP, where a pioneering focus on administrative business professionals was established, and also contributed as the Employee Engagement Lead for Comcast NBCUniversal. Pradhan's consultancy work has spanned international human rights and corporate citizenship, advising diverse clients and collaborating with organizations like Seneca Women and the Special Rapporteur on violence against women. Educational qualifications include a J.D./Master in Global Business Law from Cornell Law School and advanced degrees in law from Sciences Po and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
