Simone Betchen

Simone Betchen is currently the Chief of Neuroscience at UHS WILSON MEDICAL CENTER. Prior to this role, Simone held positions at Maimonides Medical Center as a Neurosurgeon, where Simone also worked on mentoring programs for students. Simone is also involved in various leadership roles, such as Secretary at the Brooklyn Long Island Chapter of the American College of Surgeons and Treasurer at the Association Of Women Surgeons, where Simone contributed to growing the membership and updating strategic plans. Simone holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Doctor of Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.
