Monika Philp

Monika Philp serves as the Global Ambassador for WomenTech Network since January 2024, focusing on gender equality and women’s leadership in technology. In their dual role at AIM Institute since July 2017, Monika is the VP of Tech Community Development and Director of Tech Leadership Development, responsible for designing and delivering leadership programs that enhance skills and engagement within the IT sector. Monika is also involved with TEDxOmaha as a Community Engagement and Partnerships member, and serves as an Organizer for Women in Technology of the Heartland, promoting a supportive environment for women in tech. As the Founder of Connect.Inspire.Grow., Monika fosters community connections and personal growth. Previous roles include organizing for 1 Million Cups, corporate event production and marketing at planitomaha, digital marketing management at Gesture.com, and event direction at Trading Advantage. Monika holds a degree in Media Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications from Columbia College Chicago, earned in 2007.
