Kristin Reilly is the Chief People Officer at Wonder. Kristin has previously held positions as the VP, Global People Experience at Walmart, Sr. Director, Talent Experience at Jet, and Director, Employee Services and Chief Culture Officer at Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon. Kristin is responsible for driving employee satisfaction and promoting an energetic and inspirational culture/environment that supported effective ways of working, networking and business success. Kristin also drove the redesign of leadership behaviors to better align with the state of the business and success measures post Amazon acquisition.
