Rachael Caine

Rachael Caine currently serves as the Head of Local Marketing and Partnerships at Wonder, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held several marketing positions at Shake Shack from February 2018 to October 2024, including Director of Regional Marketing and Senior Regional Marketing Manager. Rachael also worked as the Regional Brand Manager at CAVA from August 2015 to November 2017 and contributed as a Marketing Strategist and Enterprise Sales Lead at NationBuilder in early 2016. Earlier in Rachael's career, significant experience was gained as the Kiva Internship Program Manager from January 2010 to January 2015. Rachael's educational background includes studies at Oakwood School and Skidmore College.
