Cassandra Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategy & Operations at Wonder Franchises since December 2024, Cassandra previously held the position of General Manager at Sonder Inc., where leadership of a team of over 50 individuals resulted in the expansion of the business to include 9 buildings and more than 400 apartments. With a background as Chief Operating Officer at Sasya Foods, focus was on marketing and operations strategy for healthy food alternatives. Cassandra's career includes a Chief of Staff role during an internship at RSE Ventures, where management of teams led to successfully executing a major soccer event, and experience as a Management Consultant at F&H Solutions Group, leading negotiations strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Psychology from Washington and Lee University.
