Kaitlyn Smith is an experienced marketing and community management professional, currently serving as Community Manager at Global Women Procurement Professionals since July 2024, where the focus is on enhancing women's representation in procurement leadership. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn held the position of Head of Partnerships and Marketing at Wonder Services, leading strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. Kaitlyn has also contributed to Aon as a Growth Marketing Strategy Manager, overseeing collaborative campaigns, and to Walters Gilbreath, PLLC as Director of Marketing, launching new services and managing rebranding efforts. With a background as Brand Manager at Daniel Stark PC and recruitment experience overseas, Kaitlyn possesses a diverse skill set in marketing, branding, and client management. Educational achievements include a BA in Communication from Texas A&M University and a short program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business focused on strategic marketing leadership.
