Sebastien Poincon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sebastien is currently working at Wonder as the Head of IT Business Solutions, a position they started in October 2023.

Before joining Wonder, Sebastien worked at Cath Kidston from January 2020 to August 2023. There, they played a crucial role in the company's digital transformation by implementing a new e-commerce platform, integrating a new ERP system, and rebuilding the IT function. Their responsibilities also included onboarding new team members, vendors, and migrating the infrastructure to the cloud.

Prior to Cath Kidston, Sebastien held various positions at Gap Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the IT Director, Franchise Business, overseeing technology strategy, delivery, IT operations, and partner engagement. Earlier, as the IT Senior Manager, Franchise Business from 2014 to 2017, they integrated new franchise partners, developed business relationships with existing partners, and implemented IT systems for operational efficiencies. Sebastien also worked as the IT Manager & International Growth Project Manager (Europe and Franchise) from 2010 to 2014, leading key IT projects in Europe and integrating franchise partners to Gap Inc's international business. Additionally, from 2004 to 2010, they served as the IT Manager for GAP France SAS, overseeing IT projects and support activities for the French market.

Sebastien's career journey began at Carrefour, where they worked as a Junior Project Manager from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they were a Business Solutions Consultant at LMS Umweltsysteme GmbH from 1998 to 1999.
