Chiara De Angelis

Chiara De Angelis has over 8 years of work experience in the travel industry. Chiara started their career in 2013 as a Travel Agent at Travel Passion Inc. Chiara then moved to Globaltour in 2014 as a Booking Travel Agent, and to Carlson Wagonlit Italia as a Service Desk and Technical Support to Travel Systems. In the same year, they joined UVET American Express Global Business Travel as a Corporate Travel Consultant and Meeting and Groups Corporate Travel Agent. In 2018, they became an Account Manager at Expedia Group, where they were responsible for creating long-term relationships with customers, managing campaigns and promotions, and providing training and webinars. In 2020, they moved to Italianway Spa as an Account Manager. Currently, they are working as an Operation Specialist at Wonderflow, where they are producing balance sheets, performing operations in compliance with ISO and Company Security requirements, and participating in internal alignment meetings.

Chiara De Angelis completed their degree in Economia del turismo from Sapienza Università di Roma. Chiara then attended GSM London and obtained a GDS Galileo - Tour Operations degree in Gestione dei servizi di viaggio e turismo from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Excel 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions, Excel: Lookup Functions in Depth, SQL and MYSQL basic principles, Revenue Management Boost, Google Analytics, Certificato Cambridge livello C1 (Advanced English), Galileo System and Computer Reservation System, Tour Operations and Marketing, Microsoft Office Package, Lingue francese, and Excel.
