Claudia Mengasini

Claudia Mengasini has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Claudia began their career as a Receptionist at Hotel Cristoforo Colombo **** in 2007. In 2010, they moved to Dynamos Srl where they held the role of Segretaria organizzativa. Since 2015, they have been working at Wonderflow as a Pre-sales Engineer, Project Manager, Linguistic Expert, and Analyst. As Project Manager, they were responsible for planning, organizing and completing specific projects while ensuring these projects were on time, on budget, and within scope. Wonderflow makes VoC data valuable for the business by helping enterprises extract value from customer feedback.

Claudia Mengasini obtained a Licenza linguistica from ITCS Vincenzo Arangio Ruiz between 2003 and 2008, majoring in Linguistico. Claudia then went on to obtain a Laurea Triennale from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2008 and 2012, majoring in Scienze Statistiche. In January 2022, they obtained an Introduction to MEDDIC certification from MEDDIC Academy.
