Anne Jacobson

Anne Jacobson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Anne currently holds the position of General Manager at Wonderlabz, where they report to the CEO and oversees organizational effectiveness in areas such as finance, legal, logistics/operations, and recruitment. As part of their role, they set the culture and brand image of the company, develops processes and policies, and ensures the delivery of high-quality gaming software. Prior to this, Anne was the Head of People at Wonderlabz, where they collaborated with senior leadership in formulating strategies and implemented policies and initiatives to support human resource compliance and strategy needs.

Before joining Wonderlabz, Anne worked as the Group Human Resources Leader at Global Voice Group, where they managed legal and compliance matters across various regions and was responsible for developing and implementing hiring plans. Anne also worked as the Head of HR at CompuGroup Medical South Africa, where they handled legal and compliance issues, developed HR standards and compliance, and supported the organization in developing a performance culture.

Anne also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Salt Employee Benefits, where they provided business support, coaching, and mentoring to HR professionals and partnered with business leaders to develop effective HR strategies. At Sodexo, they served as the Workplace Relations and Communication Manager in the AMECA Group HR, overseeing employee relations in multiple countries. Anne also held HR, Legal and Compliance Manager roles at KNR Flat Rock and HR Operations Manager roles at Aftex.

Anne's earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources and Administration Manager at OSS Congo Incorp, Business Partner at Altech Autopage Cellular, and Human Resources Manager at MTN SP Accessory World/Cell Network. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, compliance, and legal matters.

Anne Jacobson's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2021, Anne attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and completed an Executive Education program in Communication and Persuasion in the Digital Age. During the same year, they also completed another Executive Education program at MIT Sloan School of Management called Leading People at Work: Strategies for Talent Analytics.

In 2020, Anne attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and obtained a degree in Innovation and Strategy. The field of study for this degree was Building Game-Changing Organizations: Aligning Purpose, Performance, and People.

From 2005 to 2012, Anne studied at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and earned a degree in LLB (Law).

Between 2000 and 2005, Anne pursued an undergraduate degree in BCom (Financial Management Business Management) at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

From 1996 to 2000, Anne completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

In 1995 and 1996, Anne studied Nutrition Food Service Management and obtained a diploma from Tshwane University of Technology.

Anne also attended Ecole France Langue from 1994 to 1996, where they completed a program called Stage linguistiques, offered by the private higher education institution.
