Itumeleng Kganare

Itumeleng Kganare has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. They started their career as a Student Assistant at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Support at Axxess DSL before joining Dimension Data Middle East and Africa as a Cx & Collaboration Engineer. At Dimension Data, they were responsible for various tasks related to Microsoft OCS, Lync, and Exchange Server administration. They also performed system maintenance, prioritized and delivered multiple work items, and produced relevant reports. In 2018, Itumeleng joined three6five as a Network Engineer, where they worked until 2020. They then joined Wonderlabz, initially as a Network Operations Center Team Lead and currently as a Release Deployment Manager.

- In 2007 to 2011, Itumeleng attended Lawson High School and obtained a Matric degree.

- From 2012 to 2014, Itumeleng studied at Nelson Mandela University and received a Diploma in Information Technology.

- In 2015, Itumeleng enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy and completed coursework in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

- Also in 2015, Itumeleng returned to Nelson Mandela University and pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Communication Networks and Information Technology.

- Itumeleng then went on to obtain various certifications. In 2016, Itumeleng obtained the MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft. In 2017, the MCSE: Productivity certification from Microsoft was acquired. In 2020, the Fortinet NSE 3 certification was obtained from Fortinet. Finally, in 2022, Itumeleng completed the Explore/Analytics certification from Zendesk.

- Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Itumeleng attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology and earned a Master of ICT degree in Informatics & Design.
