Itumeleng Kganare has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. They started their career as a Student Assistant at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Support at Axxess DSL before joining Dimension Data Middle East and Africa as a Cx & Collaboration Engineer. - Also in 2015, Itumeleng returned to Nelson Mandela University and pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Communication Networks and Information Technology.
- Itumeleng then went on to obtain various certifications. In 2016, Itumeleng obtained the MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft. In 2017, the MCSE: Productivity certification from Microsoft was acquired. In 2020, the Fortinet NSE 3 certification was obtained from Fortinet. Finally, in 2022, Itumeleng completed the Explore/Analytics certification from Zendesk.
- Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Itumeleng attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology and earned a Master of ICT degree in Informatics & Design.
