Katie Wagner

Katie Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie started their career as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World in 2013, followed by an internship as a People Employment Intern at Southwest Airlines. In 2014, they worked as an Instructional Design Intern at McDonald's Corporation before becoming an Instructor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In 2015, Katie joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Program Manager and later became a University Program Manager. Katie then transitioned to IKEA in 2017, where they held roles such as Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Director of Talent Acquisition in various departments. Katie'sresponsibilities at IKEA included managing talent acquisition for the West Region Retail, Call Center, and Corporate departments and leading talent acquisition efforts during organizational change.

From 2020 to 2023, Katie worked at DoorDash as a Recruiting Manager and later as a Senior Recruiting Manager, focusing on Customer Experience. In 2023, they joined UGI Corporation as a Director of Talent Acquisition before moving on to Wonders, where they currently hold the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

Throughout their career, Katie has gained expertise in talent acquisition, program management, instructional design, and academic advising. Katie'sexperience in various organizations and industries has given their a well-rounded perspective on recruitment and talent management.

Katie Wagner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Katie also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the same university. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Insights Discovery in November 2015.
