Ryan Ignacio has over 18 years of diverse experience in operations management and sales marketing. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Wonders since August 2021, Ryan has previously held key positions including Manager of Operations at 96 GROUP, Managing Director of Sales Marketing at IRV Contact Solutions, and Operations Manager roles at both Accenture and Qualfon. Ryan began the professional journey as a Customer Service and Retention Specialist at eTelecare Global Solutions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of San Carlos, completed in 2005.
