Daniel Soukup is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and sales within the coffee and organic food industries. Currently serving as the General Manager and Coffee Manager at Wonderstate Coffee since February 2021, Daniel effectively oversees a small team to manage supply contracts, logistics, demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance, while also contributing to sales and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Organic Valley, where Daniel specialized in bulk organic dairy and meat sales as an Associate Brand Manager and Ingredient Sales Representative, and at Underground Food Collective as General Manager, managing retail and catering operations. Daniel began their career as a Wholesale Representative at Dogwood Coffee Company, focusing on customer service and sales. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of St. Thomas, earned in 2010.
