Bowen Moody

Bowen Moody has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bowen co-founded Wonderway in 2019 and currently serves as the CEO, focusing on improving sales performance through sales training and reducing onboarding time. Prior to this, Bowen co-founded Lernen in 2017, where they served as the CRO, helping employees with professional development while fostering a culture of learning within businesses. In the same year, they co-founded Samestate and also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Founders, a startup studio. Bowen's earlier experience includes working at Maersk Line as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for user-driven development of new features on the e-commerce platform. Bowen also worked on improving the customer experience as part of the Global Customer Insights and Product Development team. Before that, they worked as a Consultant and Business Analyst at Forethought, focusing on marketing strategy, branding, and customer experience programs. Bowen started their career as a Business Development Executive at The Taboo Group in 2011.

Bowen Moody has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Management from the University of Melbourne. Bowen also holds a Honours degree in Commerce (BComm) specializing in Marketing and Management from the same university. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Creating a culture of continuous learning" from the University of Pennsylvania in August 2017.
