Jonathan had various roles in 2007, including Assistant Event Coordinator with the St. John's Triathlon Committee, where they assisted in organizing and running the event. Jonathan also worked as a Stevedore at Sea Fresh 2000 Ltd from May to July 2007.

Jonathan Cohlmeyer attended Sheridan College from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Web Design. Prior to that, they studied at Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with a focus on Visual Arts.
