Abhishek Bali's work experience started in 2014 when they joined Integrated Databases India Limited as an Assistant Manager. Abhishek held this role until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to Nowfloats Technologies Private Limited, where they worked as a Client Services Manager until 2019. In 2019, they joined Medtrail Technologies pvt ltd as an Operations Manager and worked in this role until 2021. Currently, Abhishek is employed at WONDRx | Connecting Healthcare – Connecting Lives, where they hold two roles, Manager of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success.

From 2007 to 2010, Abhishek Bali attended Delhi University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their areas of focus during their studies were Sales and Marketing Operations, as well as Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education.
