Alamin Ali

Alamin Ali has extensive experience in mobile development and engineering. Alamin currently holds the role of Head of Mobile Experience & Engineering at WONGDOODY since April 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Mobile Engineering at WONGDOODY from April 2019 to April 2021. Prior to their time at WONGDOODY, Alamin was a Mobile Technical Lead & Development Manager at WONGDOODY from March 2018 to April 2019.

Earlier in their career, Alamin worked as a Mobile Technical Lead and Lead iOS Engineer at Aimia Inc from June 2017 to February 2018 and January 2016 to June 2017, respectively. Before that, they were a Senior iOS Engineer at Aimia Inc from May 2014 to January 2016.

Alamin also has experience as a Lead Mobile Applications Developer at Fifosys Ltd from November 2013 to May 2014, and as a Lead Mobile Applications Developer and Senior Mobile Applications Developer at Black Mobile Solutions Limited from May 2012 to November 2013 and October 2009 to April 2012, respectively. Alamin also worked as a Senior Mobile Applications Developer at Icom Group from March 2009 to September 2009.

In the early years of their career, Alamin worked as an i-Mode Lead Developer and Games Developer at Glu Mobile from December 2007 to February 2009 and February 2005 to December 2007, respectively. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Whereonearth from August 2002 to January 2005, and at 3g-Scene from April 2001 to July 2002. Alamin started their career as a Graduate Software Engineer at SmartTrust from July 2000 to March 2001.

Alamin Ali earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering from UCL, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in November 2014, from the Scrum Alliance.
