Erika Stark

Erika Stark is an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience in the technology and SaaS industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at WongDoody since November 2025, Erika has previously held senior recruitment roles at BeyondTrust, Strategic Data Systems, and Celonis, where significant contributions to talent acquisition and organizational growth were made. Prior experience includes a Principal Technical Recruiter position at Paycor and a Senior Technical Recruiter role at Cohesion, now known as ALTA IT Services, LLC. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
