Megan House

Megan House has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Operations. Megan is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at WONGDOODY since July 2023. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Head of People Operations at Blockware Solutions from September 2021 to July 2023. Megan also served as the Head of People Operations at Two Chicks and a Hammer Inc. from April 2021 to September 2021. Before that, Megan worked at AirMap where they held multiple roles including Sr. Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Administrative and Operations Manager, and Awesomeness Enabler from August 2015 to April 2021. Megan also worked at Network of One as Manager; HR, Executive Support from February 2015 to August 2015, and at Prime Focus Technologies as HR & Accounting Coordinator from October 2013 to February 2015. Additionally, Megan served as the Culture Coordinator - HR & Accounting Coordinator at Prime Focus Technologies / DAX from October 2013 to March 2014. Megan began their career as an Office & Billing Manager at Back to Wellness Chiropractic from August 2004 to September 2013. Overall, Megan House has a diverse and accomplished background in Human Resources and Operations.

Megan House completed their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008. In 2017 to 2018, they obtained a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University.
