Tarik West

Tarik West has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles throughout their career. Tarik currently serves as the SVP, People at WONGDOODY. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Head of People at Shapiro+Raj. Tarik also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at DeSimone Consulting Engineers and Penske Media Corporation. Earlier in their career, Tarik held positions such as VP Human Resources at Defy Media and Director of Human Resources at Universal Music Group. Tarik also worked as the Human Resources Director at Rocawear and RICHEMONT NORTH AMERICA, LLC. Tarik began their career at THE SWATCH GROUP, U.S as the Director of Human Resources. Tarik gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at RCN, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Overall, Tarik has demonstrated expertise in strategic human resources management, organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.

Tarik West attended Rutgers University from 1992 to 1996. Tarik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English and African/African American Studies.
